Hi, my name is Tim Phillips,
I would like to take a moment to give you an idea who I am, and what my goals are for this site.
I live on an acreage just outside of the small southwestern Iowa town of Glenwood with my wonderful wife of 25 years Betty. Betty and I were both born and raised in Council Bluffs Iowa, but always dreamed of living in the country. We were fortunate through blood sweat and tears to achieve that goal with a lot of HARD work. But it was well worth it. We love living in the country. It fits us perfectly.
I love anything outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping, growing things, raising animals and just enjoying everything the GREAT outdoors has to offer. In my world, there is nothing better than sitting buy an outdoor fire with my wife and watching the deer and turkey move through the woods and listening to the owls hoot as the evening approaches. That is what we enjoy. Simple people, simple pleasures.
My wife is a manager at a nursing and rehabilitation facility, where she has worked hard for 30 years! I work at H&H Kia in Omaha Nebraska selling new Kia and quality pre-owned automobiles. I enjoy meeting new people and helping them get into the vehicle that best suits there needs.
